Royalty-free images

The prices quoted on the web are for the given size, image file type and file size. Most of the images can be delivered in other sizes and file types and as a guide for the prices see following table.

If the image in the archives do not correspond to your wishes, please send us a mail for a quotation.

Images smaller than 1 MB can be delivered as an e-mail. Images larger than 1 MB will be delivered on a CD free of postage. Normal delivery time is within 24 hours by e-mail and within one week by post or according to separate agreement

Rights-managed images

Special agreement is needed for rights-managed images on an individual basis according to business standards. Prices will be given as a quotation.

 Editorial images

Editorial images do not have model releases and can only be used in "editorial" manner which means use relating to events that are newsworthy or of public interest. They can only be used in publications that have a responsible editor e.g. newspapers. Contact us for more details. 

The customer takes responsibility for complying with the following license agreement and undertakes to read it before using delivered images.

 LICENSE AGREEMENT for royalty-free images from IQimages

This license agreement controls your rights and obligations to use any image(s) bought from IQimages for general purposes. You agree to be bound by the terms hereof by buying or downloading any image(s). After delivery of an image(s) an agreement has been reached subject to the following  conditions:

In consideration of the payment of the fees for images from IQimages (www.iqimages.se), and in further consideration of your acceptance of the provisions of this agreement, IQimages  hereby grants you a personal, nontransferable, nonexclusive right to use such images subject to the following conditions:

§1                       Use

You are licensed to use the image(s) worldwide, with no limit on the number of times used, for commercial or non-commercial purposes for an indefinite time and furthermore you are granted the right to change the image with the following limitations:

The image(s) itself(themselves) may not be copied, distributed or used other than as set forth above. Under no circumstances shall the image(s) be used for pornographic, libelous, defamatory or any other improper or illegal purposes.

§2                      Copyright

All rights to the image(s) are owned by IQimages and its licensors and are protected by copyright laws, international treaties and other applicable laws. IQimages and its licensors retain any and all rights, titles and interests not expressly granted by this license agreement. You may not transfer, or sublicense the image(s) without the prior written consent of Iqimages.

Any attempt to transfer or assign this license without prior written consent to do so shall automatically terminate this license. Upon termination you must immediately stop using the image(s), delete all copies of such image(s) from your computer and all magnetic and optical media.

§3                      Warranties

IQimages warrants that the downloaded digital image(s) are free from defects in material and workmanship for thirty (30) days from the time of downloading and delivery. Your sole and exclusive remedy for a breach of this warranty is the replacement of the image(s) or refund of the purchase price at the sole option of Iqimages. The customer has the right to download or get the delivered  image again for an administration fee.

§4                        Delivery

Images are delivered either by e-mail (if smaller than 1 MB) or on a CD free of postage within 24 hours or a week respectively or by separate agreement. Processing, technical changes or corrections are the customer´s responibility.

§5                         Acceptance

You agree to be bound by the terms hereof by buying or downloading any image(s).

§6                        Disputes

Any disputes arising hereunder shall be dealt with by simplified arbitral procedure according to Swedish law.

Svenskt avtal

Licensavtal

Detta licensavtal reglerar dina rättigheter och skyldigheter vid köp av bilder från IQ-images för allmänna ändamål. Du åtar dig att följa dessa villkor i samband med beställning av bild(er). Efter leverans av bild(er) har avtal enligt nedanstående villkor ingåtts.

§1                        Användning

Genom betalning för fotografiska bilder från IQ-images har detta  licensavtal accepterats och kunden erhåller en personlig ej  överförbar, icke-exklusiv rätt att använda bilderna på följande villkor:

Licensen ger rätt att använda bilderna över hela världen obegränsat antal gånger för kommersiella eller icke-kommersiella ändamål på obestämd tid och dessutom ges rättighet att förändra bildens innehåll och form med följande inskränkningar:

Bilder från IQ-images får under inga omständigheter användas i olagliga, pornografiska, kränkande, obscena, eller i sammanhang som annars kan väcka anstöt eller vara vilseledande.

§2                       Äganderätt

Lagen om upphovsrätt gäller och innebär att äganderätt och upphovsrätt ligger kvar hos IQ-images och respektive upphovsman. Bild får ej överlåtas eller användas av annan än kunden utan skriftligt tillstånd från IQ-images.

Vid brott mot dessa villkor upphör automatiskt denna licens och därvid måste användning av bild(er) omedelbart upphöra och alla kopior tas bort från datorer och alla magnetiska eller optiska media.

§3                        Åtaganden

Vid skada på bild i samband med leverans erhåller kunden en ny kopia men kan utöver detta ej kräva någon ersättning. Kunden har rätt att ladda hem eller erhålla köpt bild obegränsat antal gånger mot administrationskostnad.

Kunden åtager sig att vidtaga alla nödvändiga åtgärder för att förhindra kopiering eller vidaredistribution av inköpt bild.

§4                         Leverans

Bild(er) levereras enligt specifikation för varje enskild bild och anpassning för olika ändamål, tekniska omställningar eller korrigeringar åligger kunden att utföra.

§5                         Avtalets godkännande

Kund som förvärvat bild(er) från IQ-images har i och med inköpet godkänt detta avtal.

§6                          Tvist

Vid tvist rörande detta licensavtal skall lagen om förenklat skiljedomsförfarande tillämpas.
